My journey to Tiffany’s program Fit For the Journey was because of being tired of the weight “yo-yo” and doing something with a real accountability component. With Tiffany’s no-nonsense but loving approach, she keeps it real with you while being encouraging at the same time. Fit’s portal that includes meal planning, exercise videos, inspirations, and worksheets that can help you throughout the day. And the weekly live call – you join a bunch of amazing women who share their journey with you, like a cohort of sorts. Women who represent different lifestyles, struggles, from all over the country but you share an amazing network. And Tiffany, the founder, she is so inspiring because the program is a model of her own journey of weight loss and self-love. And the program delves into the real reasons why for many of us, being overweight is a symptom of a deeper problem. There’s so many resources with this program and I have not used everything yet because there’s so much!! And the daily, constant support is awesome, especially now during the holiday season of tempting foods. I would encourage you if you are reading this to check out the program.

Joining Fit for the Journey was the best thing I ever did to better my health and assist with my weight loss. Of course like many of you, I have tried several different options to lose weight from Weight Watchers to quick fixes, but I’ve failed them all. With Fit for the Journey its about a life change. It’s inspirational. Ms. Tiffany DeeAnna Kelly shows you how to lose weight, stay positive, reach fitness goals and feel great about yourself while doing it . This program is for everyone, regardless of your age, religion, weight loss goals or health. I battle with a serious brain condition and my physical abilities are limited but Fit for The Journey is still able to provide me simple fitness steps to get results. The women in the group are supportive of one another and the daily affirmations, videos and weekly group chat keeps me motivated. I can go on and on about this program. The bottom line is because of Fit for the Journey I can now see myself in a better light, healthier, happier and being here to see my children grow-up. I didn’t feel that way before.
